Jennifer is the Owner of Performance Physical Therapy and has been practicing in Northern Virginia since 2002. She received her Masters Degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA and her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training (ATC) from Gardner-Webb University in NC. In addition she is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Certified Maitland Therapist and holds a specialization in Orthopaedics (COMT). Jennifer lives in Fairfax with her husband, David, and their German Shepherd, August. In her spare time, Jennifer loves playing soccer and traveling.

Paige Goodman, PT, DPT, ATC
Physical Therapist
Paige first began working for Performance Physical Therapy in the summer of 2017 as a Therapy Aide in order to gain experience in the field before applying to Physical Therapy school. A graduate from Marymount University’s Doctor of Physical therapy program in 2022, Paige has experience working with various orthopedic conditions. When not working, Paige enjoys spending time pet sitting, reading, and can often be found exploring the great outdoors while playing Pokémon Go!
Bridget Nagy, PT, DPT
Physical Therapist
Bridget graduated in 2020 from Marymount University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science in 2017. Bridget has had experience working with orthopedic, vestibular, and stroke patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting but has a strong interest in manual therapy and concussion rehab. When Bridget isn’t at work she enjoys spending time outside, going to wineries with friends and family, and cuddling with her two cats.
Practice Manager
Amrita joined Performance Physical Therapy recently as the Office Manager for our Chantilly clinic. She brings with her a great deal of experience and knowledge with a M.S. in Healthcare Management as well as a MBA from Marymount University. Outside of work Amrita enjoys shopping, binge watching Netflix, and reading. She is a huge foodie who loves trying new spots in the DMV area. She is also fluent in Hindi, Punjabi and English.

Sharon Nord, PT, BSC, MSC
Physical Therapist
Sharon graduated in 2005 from Brunel University in London, UK with a first class honors degree in Physiotherapy. She worked in both Ireland and the UK prior to moving to the USA in 2007. She has always loved outpatients and enjoys the constant variety it brings. Through her years of practice she has developed an interest in pain and it's management. This led her to complete a Masters degree in Clinical Pain Management from the University of Edinburgh. She incorporates manual therapy, exercise and dry needling to facilitate functions and recovery for her patients. She loves to come to work every day.

James joined Performance Physical Therapy in 2021 as the Office Manager of our Gunston clinic.
Natalia Yow, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant
Natalia has been with Performance Physical Therapy since the summer of 2005. She first joined our team as a Therapy Aide, helping out around the clinics and making things run smoothly. During this time she was attending Northern Virginia Community College in pursuit of a PTA degree. After graduating from the program in spring of 2011, we were lucky enough to have her join our team as a PT Assistant. In 2019, Natalia became the Clinic Director for our Gunston clinic. Natalia is enjoying her new role with us and also enjoys living in the Woodbridge area with her family. She is also fluent in Spanish and English.
