Jennifer is the Owner of Performance Physical Therapy and has been practicing in Northern Virginia since 2002.  She received her Masters Degree from Marymount University in Arlington, VA and her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training (ATC) from Gardner-Webb University in NC.  In addition she is a Board Certified Orthopaedic Clinical Specialist (OCS) and a Certified Maitland Therapist and holds a specialization in Orthopaedics (COMT).  Jennifer lives in Fairfax with her husband, David, and their German Shepherd, August.  In her spare time, Jennifer loves playing soccer and traveling.

Daniel Trang, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Daniel first began working with Performance Physical Therapy as a volunteer in 2011, to begin the pursuit of a career in physical therapy. He graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University in 2011 with a Bachelor’s degree in Exercise Science. After graduation from VCU, he attended Northern Virginia Community College obtaining an Associates degree and becoming a Licensed Physical Therapist Assistant. His experience includes vestibular rehab, fall prevention, but his main focus is orthopedics and sports rehabilitation. He played football for 10 years up through high school and was also a competitive powerlifter for many years and held the VA state record for 18 year olds in bench press and squat. Daniel enjoys the outdoors, but my main passion is hunting and fishing. If not outdoors, he spend my time working out, cooking, and spending time with family and friends

Martha Martin, PTA

Physical Therapy Assistant

Martha Martin joined Performance Physical Therapy in 2019. She received her Associate of Applied Science degree as a Physical Therapy Assistant from Northern Virginia Community College in 2019. Martha graduated from Randolph-Macon College with a Bachelor of Science in Biology and Religious Studies with an Ethics minor in 2011.

Martha specializes in working with general orthopaedic injuries. She is also certified in LSVT BIG for Parkinson’s patients, FMT Basic and Performance kinesiology taping, and Graston technique.
In addition to working at Performance Physical Therapy, Martha enjoys attending concerts and watching and playing sports, as well as spending time with family, friends, and her dog.

Natalia Yow, PTA

Physical Therapist Assistant

Natalia has been with Performance Physical Therapy since the summer of 2005. She first joined our team as a Therapy Aide, helping out around the clinics and making things run smoothly. During this time she was attending Northern Virginia Community College in pursuit of a PTA degree. After graduating from the program in spring of 2011, we were lucky enough to have her join our team as a PT Assistant. In 2019, Natalia became the Clinic Director for our Gunston clinic.  Natalia is enjoying her new role with us and also enjoys living in the Woodbridge area with her family. She is also fluent in Spanish and English.

Lauren Goldberg, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Lauren graduated from Virginia Commonwealth University with her Doctorate in Physical Therapy. She completed her undergraduate education at the University of Virginia with a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology. Lauren has a strong interest in orthopedic injuries and post-operative rehabilitation. She enjoys treating patients from all backgrounds and age groups. Lauren enjoys playing tennis and pickle ball, going to the beach, and traveling to new places. 

Bridget Nagy, PT, DPT

Physical Therapist

Bridget graduated in 2020 from Marymount University where she received her Doctor of Physical Therapy degree as well as her Bachelor’s degree in Health Science in 2017. Bridget has had experience working with orthopedic, vestibular, and stroke patients in both the inpatient and outpatient setting but has a strong interest in manual therapy and concussion rehab. When Bridget isn’t at work she enjoys spending time outside, going to wineries with friends and family, and cuddling with her two cats.


Jeanne Conner, PT, DPT

Jeanne joins us as a recent graduate from Marymount University and works in our Gunston clinic.

Practice Manager

Amy received her Bachelor in Healthcare Administration from and has been with the practice since early 2019. She enjoys being an advocate for the patients and uses her experience on the job to assist with insurance benefits and education.  Outside of work Amy is enjoys spending time with her family and her dog.

Office Manager - Chantilly Office

Deanna joined Performance Physical recently as the Office Manager of our Chantilly Office.  She brings with her a great deal of experience and knowledge.  She brings a light and welcome feeling to our office.  Outside of work she enjoys playing soccer with friends and spending time with her husband and dog.

Deana Vasquez

Office Manager - Gunston Office

Hope graduated in 2020 from James Madison University with a Bachelor’s of Science degree inKinesiology with a minor in Pre-Physical Therapy. While at JMU, she was a member of the swimming anddiving program and competed at the Division I level. She earned CAA Diver of the Year in 2018 and 2020.In addition to that, she also qualified as an alternate for the 2020 NCAA Division I Swimming and DivingChampionships. Post-graduation she joined our Performance PT team and has applied to Doctor ofPhysical Therapy programs in hopes of starting in summer 2021. In her free time she enjoys exercisingand spending time with friends and family.

Hope Byrum

Sharon Nord, MSPT, BS

Physical Therapist

Sharon graduated in 2005 from Brunel University in London with a first class honors degree in Physiotherapy. She worked in both Ireland and the UK prior to moving to the US in 2007. She has always loved outpatient physical therapy and enjoys the variety it brings. Through her practice she developed an interest in pain and its management. This lead her to complete a Masters degree in Clinical Pain Management from the University of Edinburgh. She incorporates manual therapy, exercise and dry needling to facilitate function and recovery for her patients. She loves to come to work every day!
